6.1 Annual Security Report-Notice of Availability

CUNY School of Law’s 2024 Annual Security Report includes statistics for the previous three years about reported crimes that occurred on campus, and on public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus. The Law School uses no off-campus sites. These statistics are compiled from campus incident reports, reports from designated Campus Security Authorities, and from the local NYPD precinct. The report includes institutional policies concerning campus security, alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, including those that involve sexual misconduct, emergency, and evacuation procedures. This data is reported to the United States Department of Education, via an annual web-based data collection. This Annual Report is published prior to October 1st of each year, and distributed to all students and employees via the college website. Current students and employees are notified, via email, of the Annual Security Report’s publication and availability. As required, this report is available to all students, faculty and staff.
